Complete map overview

Has anyone put an entire map together by now? Would be useful to have some overview especially when you forgot the distance between certain cities. I started taking screenshots and pasting them to eachother in the very beginning of the game, but I forgot about it a while ago, so I'm still missing content from the two new baronies.

If no one has already done this, I could assemble something if a few people could send me some screenshots? 

Do you guys think something like this might be useful as well? I'm just wondering ...
